Introduction to BI Solution - Answering a Management Question of Restaurant Table Occupancy Rate with Data Visualization Techniques

Suppose you were a manager working for a restaurant group and the group owner approached and asked you with a question:

Do you know the table occupancy % of each restaurant outlet?

You know you can collect all POStransaction data of each restaurant outlet into an Excel file. Given the data file, how are going you to do with the file?
